Flowy's Full Moon's Ceremony: a night of renewal and healing

On the occasion of the full moon that is an important event for my personal spiritual growth and potentially the collective one. I was invited by my two spiritual sisters for a full moon ceremony held in the forest of Paradou and hosted by Flowy an Algerian yogi who had been very successful in conducting a collective awakening for women through spiritual practices.

The event was planned to start at 18:30 and it included a collective gathering in a lotus posture followed by a cacao ceremony under spiritual chanting and the guitar tunes of Maïssa and to be concluded by a blindfolded dancing scene preceded by some yoga postures that marked a professionally well-studied progression.

As I walked in I was marveled by the beautiful sight of connectedness and devotion to the divine that I haven't witnessed perhaps since Anahata Festival. Although as soon as I walked in my inspiration was paused by an unknown girl who shouted "You must pay!" Even though the host stated that entrance should be granted swiftly and under an optional donation my spirit was stilled by someone's ego. This shows that despite all spiritual endeavors there will always be some people seizing the serene opportunity to boast their ego and try to trample on others.

Nevertheless, the ceremony went progressively well and under a carefully well-planned approach. The DJ was very professional and played his magick as a maestro. Maïssa's chantings included words such as (Intuition , collective, consciousness) that consciously or unconsciously awakened a certain feeling on the listener. Moreover there was a yoga initiation that forcibly removed any glimmers of the ego, and I was praised to witness Flowy's professionalism and how she succeeded in harnessing the spirit of more than 40 person instantly and flawlessly.

Although masculine presence wasn't seemingly welcomed, it was very understandable since according to Sufism of Ibn Arabi women already live in the spiritual realm and man in the egoic realm. I do however believe that we both have an access to our animus and anima and we all constitute of a feminine and masculine side. It was great to see that some men were happily embracing their spirituality even though it would be very difficult to do so in a patriarchal society. The Dancing scene was supposed to occur while blindfolded although some removed their folding, the spell was already conducted and each was dancing on his own tunes manifesting his own universe within and releasing it outward. There was a collective awakening and all remnants of the ego and earthly identities were lost.

The Ceremony was concluded by another sitting that reset the spirit of the comers back on earth and made them cognizant of their manifestations and where will they be forwarding that on the near future. It was seemingly apparent that the earth was under-going a collective healing but before this was the wound and the maim. We were too much aggressive under the spell of the matrix and may have trampeled on others as others trampeled on us as we nourished the wheel of suffering well; summer marked a break and a pause from the non-flow of life and made us awake to the harsh reality that we endured as we persevered on the material plane. Forgetting, that manifestation comes from the spiritual plane and the fourth dimension that is but a mere glimmer of the collective light and universe that should connect us rather than separate us. Moreover, leading a spiritual harmonious life in an Algerian society is very difficult since Algerians learned that merit comes from others and never from one's efforts. In this sad view, everyone is everyone's everything and but a mean to reach his ownprofit. We press on until we awake and press on again until the awakening is rendered eternal.

I'd like to thank most intimately Amyra the daughter of the sun who invited me to this experience and who was very instrumental in its occurring and Maïssa who blessed us with her Enochian tongue and an August warm greetings to the few that I knew and met on this scene. I would also like to nod my head towards Flowy's grandeur on these endeavors, although she always take things very modestly, she is slowly becoming a historical legend for this country.
